Refund policy

We gladly accept returns for unworn, undamaged jewelry in its original packaging (Zod Jewelry box) within 14 days of delivery, with the following exceptions:
1. Personalized items (including engraved pieces)
2. Custom orders
3. Full Eternity bands
4. Appraisal certificates (non-refundable once issued)

To request a return, please contact us at support@zodjewelry.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Returned items must be shipped back within 14 days of the delivery date.


Non-Returnable Items:

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
• Engraved jewelry
(Personalized pieces cannot be resold and are final sale.)
• Custom-made orders
(This includes items made specifically for your requested stone, size, or design.)
• Full Eternity bands
(Each band is custom-set to your exact size.)
• Appraisal certificates
(Once a certificate is created for your ring, the appraisal service fee is non-refundable.)


How to Return:

1. Email us at support@zodjewelry.com with your order number and the reason for return.
2. Repack your unworn, undamaged jewelry in the original packaging.
3. Ship the item to the return address we provide via email.
4. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
5. Once shipped, please send us the tracking number so we can monitor the return.

Refunds will be issued after we receive and inspect the item.
